«Panagbeno festival» menaced

Plans of organizers and participants of Panagbeno flower festival, held every year in Bagio (Philippines), were disturbed by the nature’s surprises. The most of the country’s hottest region’s agricultural plants, including flowers, were destroyed by cold weather and frosts. The damage was above 300 thousand Philippine peso (about 250 thousand roubles).
